Shipping

Do you deliver to my country? And How long will it take to get my order?

    • We ship worldwide. Item ships in 3-5 business days!
    • When you spend $100 or more shipping is absolutely free with recorded delivery.
    • We recommend using recorded delivery as that way you can track the progress of your item, offering more security. Please be aware that shipments to the UAE are often returned to us undelivered.

How long will it take to get my order?

Delivery: 10-20 days (ships out within 3-5 business days)

    • Shipping Times to USA and Canada is 14 - 21 Business days.
    • Shipping Times to Europe and UK is 14 - 21 Business days.
    • Shipping Times to Australia and New Zealand is 20 - 25 Business days.
    • Shipping Times to Asia is 14 - 21  Business days.
    • Shipping Times to South America and Africa is 20 - 25 Business days.

Sales taxes & duties

When you purchase an item from us for delivery, your order may be subject to local import duties and taxes which are levied once the package reaches your delivery country. Unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot advise what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so for further information we advise you to contact your local customs office. You will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes levied by your country your order is being shipped to. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery. We are not liable for these charges, and they unfortunately can not be reimbursed or refunded by Wild Rose Boho.
If you abandon your order, we will not re-ship it for free.
Additionally, please note that when ordering from wildroseboho.com, you are considered to be the 'Importer of Record' and as a result you must comply with all laws and regulations of the country into which you are receiving the goods.

How do I stay updated about my order tracking?

If you chose the Recorded Delivery option, you should have received a Tracking Number in your Shipping Confirmation Email. Please go to https://www.17track.net/en to check the progress of your package. If your package is being sent to the US, you can also track the progress at usps.com/tracking/welcome.htm

When will I receive my order?

We process and post orders within 3-5 business days, and generally, it takes between 15-30 days to reach most destinations with Standard and Recorded delivery. Occasionally pants can take a little longer than this to arrive but this is not common, and most parcels arrive before 18-30 days. If using EMS Express your package will arrive after 8-12 days. Shipments with Recorded and EMS delivery will require a signature on delivery.

I ordered something, but want to cancel

  • Once an order is purchased, it is automatically sent to our processing hub for dispatch.
