Order processing

We prepare and dispatch orders within 1–4 business days. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

Standard shipping

Standard shipping to the United States normally takes 12–16 business days after your package has been handed to the carrier. This estimate does not include the 1–4 business days needed to prepare your order.

Delivery times are estimates. Customs processing and carrier delays may affect arrival. For other destinations, review the available shipping option at checkout or contact us before ordering.

Shipping charges

For every country we ship to, Standard shipping costs US$5.99 for an order containing 1 item. Orders containing 2 or more items receive free Standard shipping automatically at checkout. No shipping discount code is needed.

Choose Standard shipping at checkout to receive this offer. Express shipping, where available, is charged separately at the rate shown at checkout. Available destinations are shown when you enter your shipping address.

Tracking your order

Use the tracking details in your shipping notification or visit Track your order. If you have not received tracking information within 10 days after dispatch, email support@wildroseboho.com with your order number.

Multiple packages

Some orders ship in more than one package. Packages may arrive separately; check the tracking information for each shipment.

Failed or delayed deliveries

If tracking shows a failed delivery attempt, contact the carrier or your local post office promptly. For help with a delayed package, contact support@wildroseboho.com with your order number and tracking details.
