Return and Refund Policy
Before returning items to us, please contact us in order to obtain a Return Authorization Code.

Please make sure that you understand our return policy and ensure that all criteria are met before physically sending any items back to us.
You can initiate a return for new and unused items within 10 days of delivery for a refund.
We can accept the return when the order arrives damaged or you received an incorrect item. If the item is not defective, or is not as described, will not be refunded.
Customer must return items in new or unused condition with all original materials included with the shipment. And return the package within 4 days after receive confirmation mail from shop. Under these circumstances you are responsible for the return shipping costs (our warehouse located in China or Thailand).
Shipping costs, tax or payment derivatives will not be refunded.
These cost will deduct form the refund amount around $6.5-7.5 USD for each item for clothes.
For hat and bag will deduct $30 USD for each item.
Once the products have been received you will receive a confirmation email. Your refund will be then be processed in 20 days.
Defective Product and Returns Due to Our Error
If the return is a result of our error, we will replace the new product and include shipping charges. We cannot exchange returned products for another size or item. You should place a new order if you wish to buy another product or change the size.
How to Return an Item
Returning an item is easier than ever! Please follow these steps to start the return process:
- Check your Order Number in your e-mail confirmation when you purchase your products.
- Send the email to us at email@example.com. We may request proving photo.
- Send it to warehouse within 4 days after receive confirmation mail from shop.
- E-mail us telling you want to return any product.
Once you have exercised your right of return in accordance with the procedures set forth below, the products to be returned must be handed over to the courier (our warehouse located in Thailand) in one single shipment within twenty (20) days of from the day you receive the products.
1. Return Conditions
The Vendor only accepts returns of merchandise within the time frames set forth above, only if the following conditions have been met:
- The products have not been used, worn or washed and are in the same conditions in which they were received;
- The identification tag (with the disposable seal) and labels are still attached to the products;
- The products are returned in their original packaging; and
- The products are not damaged.
You cannot return customized or personalized products, or sealed items that were opened after delivery and that cannot be returned due to health or hygiene reasons (e.g., cosmetics). Items, swimwear, undergarments, and jewelry cannot be returned.
2. Return Procedures
You can inform the Vendor of your intention to return merchandise by completing and submitting email the firstname.lastname@example.org. The Vendor will send you an email confirming. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs back to our warehouse in Thailand (this includes returns). The Vendor recommends you use trackable. No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.
3. Acceptance or Rejection
If the return conditions are met, you will receive an email confirming that the return has been accepted and the Vendor will let you know about the refund (purchase price minus shipping fees, taxes, as applicable).
You will be notified if the returned products cannot be accepted because they do not satisfy the conditions indicated above. In such event, your merchandise will be shipped back to you. If you refuse said delivery, the Vendor reserves the right to retain the products and the amount paid for the purchase of the products.
4. Refund Times and Procedures
Refunds are processed within approximately 7-10 business days of our receipt of the returned merchandise and confirmation that the return conditions have been satisfied.
Refund times depend on the payment method originally used:
- Credit/debit card: refund times will depend on the credit or debit card company’s policies, but will normally take place within two billing cycles.
- PayPal (where available): refunds will be credited to your PayPal account and will be visible immediately. The date of reimbursement to the credit card associated with your PayPal account depends on the company that issued the card.
5. Return of Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
You have the right to return products purchased on the Website due to an error on our part or because the product(s) are damaged or defective, provided that you notify the Vendor within 7 days of receipt of the product(s), by submitting an email through email@example.com. Please contact before returning the products. Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs back to our warehouse in China (this includes returns). You must return the product(s) by mail in the same condition in which they were received, unused, unworn and unwashed, in their original packaging and with their identification tag attached with the disposable seal. And return the package within 4 days after receive confirmation mail from shop.
The Vendor will examine the returned product(s) to determine whether they are damaged, defective or incorrect, and will inform you by email within a reasonable period of time of whether the Vendor will accept the returned product(s) and refund their price.
If accepted by the Vendor, damaged, defective or incorrect product(s) will be refunded the purchase price minus shipping fees, taxes as applicable. Customs and import duties, and delivery shipping costs, will not be refunded.
In the event that the Vendor finds no damage, defect or error with the returned product(s), you will be notified that the refund will not be processed and the vendor will reserve the right to retain the product(s) and the amount paid for the purchase of the product(s).
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced (within 1 day after payment). If the order is cancelled you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

7. Exchange Conditions
Products may be exchanged only for sending the wrong items. Different size and or color may not be exchanged. So, please check or consult for the size before. Exchanging provided the following conditions are met, and subject to product availability:
- You may only exchange products eligible for exchange, as expressly indicated on the email; firstname.lastname@example.org.
- You may only exchange the product(s) with one of the available replacement options indicated on the email; email@example.com.
- You may only submit one exchange request per product; and
- Must meet all of the conditions required under Section 1 hereof.
8. Exchange Procedures

Customers will be charged both for shipping costs back to our warehouse in China (this includes returns) and shipping for a new product to customer country. The Vendor recommends you use trackable.
9. Acceptance or Rejection of Exchange
If the email is received within the required time frames, the Vendor will send you an email confirming. The Vendor will inspect the product(s) to ensure the exchange conditions are met and will verify the availability of the replacement product(s). However, you can't later choose to return a new style to the replacement product.
If you have not met the exchange conditions, the Vendor will notify you by email that the exchange will not be processed, and your merchandise will be shipped back to you after you send back shipping cost. If you refuse said delivery, the Vendor reserves the right to retain the product(s) and the amount paid for the purchase of the product(s).
